A festive program including sumptuous gourmet dining, lucky draw, meet and greet with Santa Clause and Ixora’s mascot Hitam San are all part of the splendid celebrations hosted by Ixora Hotel Penang.
The event is being held in the Baba & Nyonya Ballroom located in Ground Floor in Ixora Hotel Penang on 15 November 2019 from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. We are blessed to have around 100 guests that joined us at the event. We have also food bloggers joining us on the night.
This time, we are proud to have our newly appointed General Manager, Mr. John MacNeill to join us at the Jingle Mingle Business Cocktail! Mr John gave his opening speech at beginning of the Business Cocktail introducing our newly added Baba & Nyonya Ballroom and the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner followed by Christmas Day Buffet Lunch served on the night.
The festivities begin with Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner follow by Christmas Day Buffet Lunch with a wide range of buffet menu specially designed by our culinary experts, a visit by Santa Claus and our own Ixora Mascot, Hitam San. There will also be lucky draw over the Festive Season, with a chance to win a hotel stay in Langkawi!
This evenings menu offers some of our Culinary Teams Christmas preparations including Farm Reared slow roasted turkey, and the trimmings, baked cheese oyster, pan seared sea bass, seafood Pella, specially prepared lobster bisque and creamy mushroom soup, chicken, beef along with a selection of our Christmas traditional and contemporary desserts.
