We provide 250 bays of secured undercover car parking to our valued guest with 24-hour security personnel and CCTV surveillance. Motorcycle bays are available at basement level 1. The parking is free for motorcycle. A standard car parking fee is stipulated on the table below. Please validate your parking ticket at an automated payment machine or hotel reception before collecting your vehicle.

There are two entrances to our undercover car park. If you are driving from North-South Expressway or via Penang Bridge, turn left from Jalan Baru into Bandar Perai Jaya and make a right turn into our first entrance before approaching Pacific Megamall Pinang. From Butterworth / Penang Ferry direction, turn right from Jalan Baru into Bandar Perai Jaya, drive along the one-way street then turn left to our second entrance after passing Proton showroom.
