Ixora Club Membership Terms and Conditions

By participating or continuing to participate after the effective date, you agree to the following:

The following information forms the basis of participation in the Ixora Club Membership Program ("Ixora Club" or "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are intended to protect the members of Ixora Club ("Members"), and Ixora Hotel Sdn Bhd ("Ixora Hotel" or "We"). Your participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them.

    Membership
  • Members are entitled to earn points at Ixora Hotel designated outlets. However, Members are not entitled to earn points for accommodations, events and weddings.
  • Members must not maintain membership in multiple accounts.
  • The membership and its privileges are non-transferable. Members must present valid membership card and/or identity document for enjoying related offers.
  • Points Earning
  • Silver Members will earn 1 point for for every RM1 spent at The Straits Cafe & Lounge, In-Room Dining and Gift Shop.
  • Gold Members will earn 2 point for for every RM1 spent at The Straits Cafe & Lounge, In-Room Dining and Gift Shop.
  • Service tax, discounts, gratitues, gift cards, vouchers and coupons payments are not entitle to earn any point.
  • Each check or table is applicable for one membership account only.
  • Members are required to present membership card or account upon settlement of bill to earn points. Missed points are not able to claim after the bill has been settled. Should there be any reversal of the bill after points and coupons issued, they will be adjusted accordingly.
  • No points will be issued for "no show" situations when a Member has made a deposit or fully prepaid reservation but then does not consume in the outlets.
  • Tier Status
  • Members can earn and maintain tier status based on lifetime points earned in any calendar year.
  • Gold membership will be awarded to Silver Members with 2000 lifetime points earned in a calendar year.
  • Tier status qualified in a calendar year will be rollover toward the end of next calendar year.
  • Members must re-qualify for tier status each calendar.
  • Tier status will be downgraded after the expiry date if criteria does not met.
  • Coupons Issuing & Redemption
  • A RM10 discount coupon will automatically issued to Members account upon earning of every 200 points. This coupon will valid for 6 months from the date of issued.
  • All coupons are non-transferable and only redeemable by the cardholder personally. Members must present valid membership card and/or identity document during redemption process.
  • All coupons issued cannot be exchanged for cash. Usage of these coupons should be restricted by specific terms and conditions listed on individual coupons.
  • Coupons are not partially redeemable. If the cost of the purchase fall short of the full value of a Coupon, any unused credit remaining on the Coupon will be forfeited.
  • Multiple Coupons may be used in a single transaction.
  • Upon expiry of the Coupon any unused value remaining on the Coupon is forfeited.
  • Others
  • Ixora Hotel reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Ixora Club membership for any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Ixora Hotel also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who Ixora Hotel believes has:
    1. Violates the laws of Malaysia.
      Engaged in fraudulent activity.
      Failed to pay any bills or accounts due to Ixora Hotel.
    Such discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of coupons, benefits and privileges, including the loss of any associated tier status.
