If your earned club points have not been credited to your account within 2 weeks after the activity date, you can claim them by submitting the online form on below.

Please note the following before submitting a claim:

• It may take up to 2 weeks for points to be credited after your dining or check-out date.
• Claims will not be accepted 2 months after your dining or check-out date.
• You can only submit claims for activities after your joining date. Club points cannot be claimed for activities taken before enrollment in the Ixora Club membership.
• Please submit one receipt per claim. If you have multiple receipts to submit please do them separately.
